IHNA Upholds the principles of confidentiality for individuals who wish to maintain their anonymity. If you agree to be anonymous then your details will not be collected. It should be noted that the school may have limited capacity to investigate an anonymous complaint, and furthermore, you will not get a response regarding the status of your complaint. However, if you choose not to be anonymous, you will get a response regarding the status of your complaint. |

When speaking or sending an email to the relevant staff member, be sure to include the following details.
- Context : Explain what your complaint is. Does it involve a staff member, a course, an assessment, or a service (academic, technical) provided?
- Reason : Explain the reasons why you think the decision or action you are complaining about is unfair or wrong. Does it break any codes or policies?
- Solution : Think about what outcome you are seeking. What would resolve your complaint

- If you have an issue accessing your KH student account, Canvas, the class timetable, ongoing class session/live tutorial, accessing any unit in your course, assessment submission, or previous class recording.
- If you need assistance with assessment submission, reviewing plagiarism, delay in marking, or adding or amending your personal information to KH.
- If you need to book an appointment to talk to your student support staff, educator, or course coordinator.
- If you need to speak to someone from IT for technical assistance.
- If you need to request a course extension, special consideration for your assessment, or additional time for assessment submission.
- If you need to reschedule your Simulation Based Training date.
- If you need an update on your refund request.
- If you need an update on your CoE, COA, or further clarifications on your invoice.
- If you need to know about your Course Completion Certificate, Transcript, or credential verification for other institutions such as (CGFNS, and NNAS).
- If you have any concerns or request support related to IHNA Library.
- If you require "Appealing against the Assessment Marking" (please direct them to the Appeal directly).
- If you are unhappy with any of the amenity services at your campus, staff member, or another college student.
- If you have faced any such incidents (Racism, sexual harassment, verbal, or physical abuse, or misleading by any of the staff in IHNA.
